The fiscal year budget runs from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year.
Tentative Budget 2025
In accordance with Georgia law, the Mitchell County School District does hereby announce the FY 2025 Board of Education Budget Meeting dates and times listed below.
Meetings will take place in the boardroom at 108 South Harney Street in Camilla.
- Thursday, May 16, 2024, 5:30 PM – Board Work Session with Public Input
- Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 5:30 PM – Board Meeting with Public Input and Tentative Approval of the FY2025 Budget
- Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 5:30 PM – Board Meeting and Final Approval of the FY 2025 Budget
